Clear Health Talk, Inc. (CHT) is a consulting service created with health professionals and patients in mind.
Patients commonly do not understand instructions they receive from nurses, pharmacists and doctors. Lack of understanding may not be due to lack of education. Many times, it is simply that the language used is too technical and not clear enough.
